Assist with set-up and tear down

Assist with the complete set-up and tear-down of wedding and special event spaces to ensure everything is organized, beautifully presented, and ready for guests. Responsibilities include arranging tables and chairs, setting linens and table décor, placing centerpieces, organizing signage, preparing ceremony and reception areas, and ensuring all decorations are positioned according to the client's vision and event layout.

Timeline Creation & Coordination

A well-planned timeline is essential to a smooth and stress-free wedding day. I will work with you to create a detailed, personalized wedding day timeline that outlines the flow of events, important moments, times to be ready, vendor arrival times, setup schedules, ceremony proceedings, reception activities, and more.

Vendor Communication & Coordination

Beginning 90 days before your event, I will step in to assist with vendor communication and coordination so you can begin stepping away from the stress of managing all the moving pieces. I will review important details, confirm arrival times, discuss setup requirements, and help ensure vendors understand the schedule and expectations for your event.

Ceremony & Reception Coordination

From the moment guests begin arriving to the final transitions of your reception, I will help coordinate the flow of your wedding day. For the ceremony, I will assist with lining up and cueing the wedding party, guiding family members to their designated places, and letting everyone know when it is time to walk down the aisle.

During the reception, I will help coordinate important transitions such as the grand entrance, introductions, first dance, parent dances, speeches, dinner service, cake cutting, and other planned activities.

Last-Minute Décor & Detail Placement

I will assist with final décor placement and styling touches according to your plans, including guest books, welcome signs, reserved seating signs, ceremony items, memory tables, favors, personal keepsakes, and other small but meaningful details.
